Beth is NASM certified and trained in Hardstyle kettlebell, core training, kickboxing, Functional Strength Coach, Assisted stretching, suspension straps and more. Her first certification was in 2011 and she has been gaining new certifications throughout her career. She has owned her own space since 2015 and believes her experiences with breast cancer and various training related injuries help keep her clients best health in mind.
She is also a licensed massage therapist with several specializations I.e. negative pressure therapy (cupping), deep tissue neck therapy, medical massage, stretching…. Cranial sacral therapy and reiki are also important services she provides! Her experience as a personal trainer with a focus on functional movement informs her massage practice and vice versa.
