Exciting News! Welcome Melissa Hirner to our Team!

We’re thrilled to introduce Melissa Hirner as the newest addition to our personal training team! With over a decade of experience teaching fitness classes—ranging from Pump and Step to Women on Weights—Melissa brings a passion for helping individuals of all fitness levels reach their goals.

Having worked with clients from ages 13 to 60+, Melissa understands that every fitness journey is unique. Whether it’s weight lifting, EMOM, AMRAP, or TABATA-style circuits, she keeps workouts fresh and challenging while ensuring each session is tailored to the individual. Known for pushing clients just the right amount, she takes pride in maximizing every workout experience.

With training from ISSA and a background in anatomy and physiology, Melissa is always looking to expand her expertise. Injury considerations? No problem! She takes the time to research and modify workouts to keep clients safe while progressing toward their goals.

What drives Melissa most is seeing clients grow—not just physically, but mentally—building confidence and strength along the way. In her own words:

“Seeing someone’s growth, both mentally and physically, and watching their confidence build is why I love doing this. It’s a small part to play in someone’s life, and I love being a part of it!”
